Responsibilities:
- Coordinate training resources and manage the workflows of various training programs to ensure the Group's training activities are carried out in an orderly manner.
- Organize and implement group-wide training initiatives, and establish effective evaluation mechanisms and methodologies.
- Formulate and enforce group-wide requirements, policies, and annual budgets related to training activities.
- Assist superiors in comprehensive management of internal affairs, such as coordinating general administration, paperwork and proper documentation.
- Identify and control potential/existing risks, report them promptly to superiors and relevant units, and formulate corrective measures and follow-up actions as needed based on the situation.
- Monitor and review the progress of various projects regularly, allocate resources effectively, and formulate follow-up measures.
- Co-operated with other Divisions of Human Resources Department and Business Units to create an environment conducive to training and development activities.
- Handle various ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, psychology, public relations, communications disciplines preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, proposal and report writing capability.
- Strong sense of ownership and servicing mindset, excellent ability to work under pressure, work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, candidates with mastery of Photoshop and other graphic editing software preferred.
