Contract Assistant, Private Banking (Client Relationship Management)

Responsibilities:
- KYC Reviews: Perform name screening for all connected persons, review and prepare request for submission; review 12 months transactions and escalate if necessary
- Annual Portfolio Reviews: Download monthly statements from system for Relationship Managers to review before deadline
- Internal Reviews (Quarterly Review): Draft the review by comparing relevant report of each account managed by Relationship Manager
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma Holder or above
- Relevant experience in banking industry
- Proficient in general computer applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel) and Chinese input methods
