Job Description:
- Collaborate with internal and external taskforce to build and deliver a best-in-class business architecture for the bank
- Keep abreast on latest technology / best practices in banking/digital financial industry and proactively explore opportunity with stakeholders to transform current processes with efficiency and cost improvement. Stay ahead of digital banking latest trend and market benchmarking / web analytics industry trend and developments
- Design, build and implement intelligence workflow to leverage RPA , API and Agentic Workflow
- Able to drive digital transformation programmes / projects in areas such as end to end workflow design/revamp, innovation, systems enhancement, and process mining and improvement
- Effectively work with project stakeholders / partners in lines of business and functions to formulate business strategy, map user-centric value stream, translate the strategy into initiatives, driving shared understanding and implement the initiatives for quality deliverables across departments
- Assist superior to plan and coordinate department administrative procedures, systems and devise ways to streamline processes
- Able to manage schedules and timelines for Business initiatives and Product Development lifecycle which align with company strategic objectives
Job Requirement:
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in project management/product development/digital marketing/digital transformation, preferably in banking industry/Fintech Company.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with diverse teams and interact, influence, collaborate, and negotiate effectively at all levels of management. Knowledge in design led thinking, lean and agile approach will be an asset.
- University graduate in Information Technology or related fields preferred; Business related degree may also be considered if applicant possesses solid IT industry project experiences
- Holding at least one recognized professional qualification under HKMA enhanced competency framework such as CISSP, CRISC or TOGAF certification will be considered as an advantage.
- Holding at least one recognized professional qualification under of project management such as agile, scrum master certification will be considered as an advantage.
- Solid business knowledge and user experience in banking industry highly preferred.
- Solid knowledge and project experience of innovation projects, preferably in digital transformation or digital marketing. Previous experience as a project leader in medium-to-large scale and/or Fintech projects will be an advantage
- Self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
- Being proactive, innovative and high-energy with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
- High engagement to deliver good quality outputs which exceed user expectations
- Have a passion for business and technology transformation
- Remains calm and flexible in times of ambiguity
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
