Responsibilities:
- Determining, negotiating and agreeing in-house quality / testing procedures, standards and/or specifications.
- Working with system development teams and business teams to engage and review test automation specifications and executions.
- Working with system development teams to review and improve overall quality of deliverables.
- Writing QA reports and procedures.
- Coordinating QA meetings and initiatives among IT and business users.
- Collecting, analyzing and distributing data and statistics regarding quality management.
Requirements:
- University graduate preferably in Computer Science or related discipline.
- 5 years working experience in IT is preferred, in particular a good understanding of agile methodology and test automation (lesser experience will also be considered for junior position).
- Hands on experience in using Selenium, Appium, TestComplete and UFT One is much preferred.
- Certification in one or more of the following professional disciplines QM, PMP, Scrum Master is a definite advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Able to work independently, self-motivated, with strong analytical mind.
- Good writing skills in both Chinese & English.
- Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin is much preferred.
