Assistant/Deputy/ Business Strategy Manager (Human Resources)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Champion employee engagement by fostering effective management – employee relations and addressing concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Cultivate a performance-driven culture with robust performance appraisal systems.
  • Oversee headcount planning and budget management to align workforce needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • People-oriented with a strong results-driven mindset.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
  • Solid knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skill to build and manage relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive is preferred. Less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Strategy Manager.
