Locally hired in one of our South East Asia Branches:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the on-going development and management of cash management products in Transaction Banking Department.
• Responsible for proposing the business strategies, product pricing and sales/marketing planning to increase the market share of the bank’s cash management products.
• Monitor the market trend and conduct product review regularly.
• Partner with other product teams & marketing managers to establish efficient marketing platform.
• Work with different departments to establish proper control measures, clear guidelines and business performance indicators.
• On the job training will be offered for successful candidate to take a short-term assignment in Bank of China Hong Kong. After the assignment, long-term placement will be in the candidate’s original hiring country or at one the South East Asia Branches of Bank of China Hong Kong, based on business needs and individual performance.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• 5 years or above working experience in cash management products (payment) in Banking / Fintech industry is preferred.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Relevant working experience in domestic commercial banks and / or regulatory bodies in South East Asian countries is an absolute advantage.
• Strong IT Background is definitely an advantage.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and local languages in Indonesia /Thailand / Malaysia. Chinese is an advantage.
• Willing to travel and rotate in South East Asia regions.
