Senior Product Manager, Global Corporate Banking

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage relationship with the designated corporate banking clients, participate in deals and projects origination.
  • Implement and monitor business focus strategies and business plans.
  • Examine the implementation effectiveness of all strategies and plans.
  • Derive the localized guidelines on business strategic planning and organize business projects based on the high-level guidelines on group-wide strategic planning.
  • Develop and communicate the appropriate strategic planning policies, procedures, standards, and tools.
  • Drive, coordinate and manage the strategic planning process.
  • Strengthen the collaboration with other strategic units or teams within Corporate Banking segment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or above.
  • 8 years or above working experience in Corporate Banking, of which 5 years or above specialized in strategic planning, preferably with exposures in Corporate Banking and Asset Liability Management.
  • Good knowledge of corporate banking and transaction banking products, client management and business development, local regulatory requirements, industry practices and market dynamics.
  • 3 years' or above experience in corporate, commercial/ structured credit management / credit risk assessment.in bank or sizable company.
  • Sound knowledge in various corporate lending products and the regulatory requirements of credit management.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, independent and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, organizing and management skills with creative mind.
  • Good command in MS Offices.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Local language proficiency in Southeast Asian country is definitely an advantage.
  • Experience to work in Southeast Asian region before is definitely an advantage.
