Responsibilities:
- Support to drive digitization of investment and insurance product workflows using emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, tokenization) to enhance efficiency and user experience
- Collaborate with Product Managers and key stakeholders to develop the investment/insurance product ecosystem, delivering tangible benefits and addressing business challenges
- Enhance client-centric UX/UI design alongside Product Managers, optimizing end-to-end customer journeys and internal processes to elevate service quality
- Proactively monitor cutting-edge technology applications and contribute to the formulation of retail banking fintech innovation strategies and roadmaps
- Assist to ensure all digital transformation projects adhere to evolving regulatory requirements, risk management standards, and compliance policies through vigilant monitoring
- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, technological, and compliance risks within projects to control potential exposures effectively
- Coordinate inner operations and ensure efficient execution of daily tasks and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, Financial Management, Statistics, or a related discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 4 years' relevant experience within sizable financial institutions,
- Knowledge of GenAI, e-banking, digital financial products, mobile payments, digital currencies, or blockchain-based solutions (advantageous).
- Team leadership and project management capabilities (highly desirable).
- Innovative mindset coupled with strong organizational coordination and external stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), with excellent communication abilities.
