Corporate Services Manager (Procurement)

Responsibility: 

  • Prepare tender document, handle tender clarification and evaluation, negotiation with suppliers on the pricing and other commercial terms, prepare tender report, and support contract administration, etc.
  • Develop procurement strategy and SLA with key stakeholders for some facility management term contracts.
  • Conduct analysis on latest market information in banking industry for service contracts such as cleaning, guarding, consultancy etc.
  • Manage suppliers’ relationship, evaluate and monitor suppliers’ performance, source new consultants and contractors from time to time.
  • Review / update the related procedures and management reporting regularly.
  • Coordinate ad hoc project from time to time.

Requirements: 

  • Degree with major in Purchasing & Supply / Engineering / Business 
  • Minimum 5 years working experience;
  • Able to work independently under pressure and tight schedule;
  • Experienced in budget costing, contract drafting and procurement strategy setting;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Hardworking with good communication skills, negotiation skills and analytical skills
  • Proficiency of written and spoken English, Cantonese. Fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage.
  • Strong sense of business ethical standards
  • Knowledge of Oracle and Chinese editing would be an advantage.
