Develop the business model with the innovative technology in order to enhance the customer journey and experience

Design the customer information and data model to facilitate the design of the digital platform

Design, develop and maintain the data analysis model

Apply the data mining strategy and technology on the customer segment analysis in order to identify the business opportunity and develop the business strategy

Track and analyse the digital platform usage and customer feedback, and propose the recommendation for the improvement

Conduct iterative research on the latest Fintech development, market trends and innovative products and explore the new solutions / initiatives

Support the user requirement collection and UAT in Agile environment

Comply with Bank’s risk management and compliance related guidelines and policies

Degree or above with Major in e-Commerce, FinTech, Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics or related disciplines

At least 8 years relevant experience of Data Analysis / MIS / Data Modelling

Strong analytical capabilities with logical and innovative thinking mindset

Hands-on and solid experience in using the data analysis tools / software

Familiar with SAS, Microsoft Office and Chinese Input

Excellent communication skill and with team-work spirit

Have can-do attitude and willing to go the extra mile
