Responsibilities:

• Formulate credit risk management policies for retail exposures, and supervise its implementation; review policies of subsidiaries and Southeast Asia Branches
• Perform due diligence for new products and credit programs; take part in related projects;
• Monitor credit portfolio; prepare management reports;
• Perform credit analysis on significant applications; review performance of approvers in 1st line of defense.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above;
• 1-3 years’ experience in credit risk management is preferred, preferably with private bank, digital finance, retail lending in Southeast Asia;
• Good analytical and communication skills;
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred;
• Knowledge of related regulatory requirements and market practices.
