Business Strategy Manager (Talent Development)

Responsibilities:

  • Design talent development strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Drive change management processes to foster a culture of continuous learning and development
  • Design learning framework, identify development needs and develop solutions
  • Develop and implement talent and learning initiatives and monitor the budget and the effectiveness
  • Manage succession planning to ensure leadership continuity
  • Promote the talent development branding through effective channels
  • Build strong relationships with employees to foster employee engagement and development
  • Deliver community and volunteer initiatives to strengthen employee branding

 

Requirements:

  • A bachelor degree or above in Business or Human Resources, or a related field
  • Preferably with 8-10 years of relevant experience in talent management, L&D or HR, preferably in banking industry, of which 3 years in managerial role
  • Strong expertise in designing and delivering training programmes
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive, collaborator, adept at building relationship across teams
  • Proficiency in project management and computer skills (Excel, powerpoint, Chinese word processing …etc)
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; good knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
