Job description:
  • Assist in the recovery and workout of non-performing loans for enterprises and small-to-medium-sized businesses. 
  • Provide preliminary advice on collection strategies, repayment plans, or legal action, obtaining internal approval and overseeing subsequent execution. 
  • Prepare various comprehensive business analytical reports to upper management.
  • Liaise with debtors and/or professionals to discuss debt restructuring or repayment plans. 
  • Assist in monitoring changes in the overall portfolio of the group's non-performing assets, understanding and analyzing the reasons behind these changes, and submitting regular reports accordingly. 
Job requirement:
  • Full-time Bachelor degree holder or above with major in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or relevant discipline etc.
  • More than 5 years’ relevant banking experiences
  • Competent Chinese and English writing and communication skills
  • Well versed in MS Office, MS Words, Excel and other common statistical, reporting and analytical tools
  • Knowledgeable about corporate lending, retail credit, and relevant banking products and legal documentation is preferred
