Responsibilities:

• Support business MIS requests and campaign activities from various departments and stakeholder.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to consolidate their specific analytic requirement and prepare functional design documentation.
• Support the analytics data model maintenance and data asset management. Extract and compile data from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Provide support for the system migration. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies related t.o data or reporting.
• Conduct regular check of MIS processes to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures. Continuously evaluate and improve MIS processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and administrative request.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Statistics, Information Technology, Information Systems, or other data analytics relevant disciplines.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiar with related data tools such as python / SAS / Tableau/ OAS is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, attention to detail and the ability to ensure data accuracy and quality.
• Banking, Financial Services or Fintech industry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
