Responsibilities:

• Acting as the primary liaison with Head Office on system launch scheduling.
• Acting as the primary liaison between business and IT units on GBA related development and progress update.
• Manage IT project implementation, including feasibility analysis, business case writing and setup of project workgroup, as well as to plan and execute the project with the workgroup. 
• Support project management tasks including project governance framework, progress tracking and standards, writing progress or project report to the Management with analysis on the progress, potential risk and concern.
• Coordinate with internal parties and business users and support pre-launch tasks.
• Support daily and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Business Studies, Fintech, Information Technology or related disciplines.
• 3 years’ relevant working experience in banking industry.
• Good knowledge and knowhow on balancing business ideas and technical execution, and ability to keep updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills and be a good team player.
• Self-motivated, willing to work competently in challenging environment.
