Job Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate finance engagements including loan syndication, acquisition finance, projects finance and other structured products across a number of our Asian branches. Provide products improvement and development proposals, and actively explore new financial products and market.
• Perform credit analysis (including cash flow projection) and market analysis regarding syndication/underwriting risks, structure and negotiate financing terms.
• Prepare information memorandum/package and negotiate loan documentation.
• Support team development, and new business development/origination.

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree or above. 
• 4 years or above working experiences in Corporate Finance in Banks or well-established financial institutions, preferably with exposures in ASEAN countries.
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Asian language skills would be preferred however are not essential.
• Willing to travel to ASEAN Countries.
• Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
