Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Champion employee engagement by fostering effective management – employee relations and addressing concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Cultivate a performance-driven culture with robust performance appraisal systems.
Oversee headcount planning and budget management to align workforce needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
People-oriented with a strong results-driven mindset.
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
Solid knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skill to build and manage relationships at all levels of the organization.
Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive is preferred. Less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Strategy Manager.
