Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily management, operation, and maintenance of the Profitability Analysis Management (PAM) system
• Support users in system optimization and user acceptance test
• Develop appropriate databases, reports, and tools to meet departmental needs for data analysis and monitoring
• Assist in optimizing and automating internal workflows to enhance operational efficiency
• Participate in departmental project development and digital transformation initiatives
• Support the implementation of AI applications within financial management, including but not limited to financial forecasting, process intelligence, and data insights
• Utilize AI tools and techniques to assist in designing and implementing intelligent financial solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above; relevant academic background or professional qualifications preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Basic understanding of management accounting; experience in financial data analysis is an advantage
• Familiarity with SQL, Excel VBA, Access, Power Query, OAS, TM1, Python, Tableau, RPA, and similar tools
• Experience with AI tools such as machine learning frameworks, natural language processing, and predictive modeling; willing to promote AI adoption in financial management
• Ability to apply AI techniques to business scenarios for data mining, automated reporting, and decision support
