Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end new hire onboarding process, including conducting pre-employment due diligence
Assist in streamlining and optimizing onboarding procedures to enhance efficient while maintaining robust risk control measure
Assist in monitoring recruitment vendor expenses and service quality to ensure compliance with contractual terms and service standard
Perform other duties assigned by the manager
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration or other related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of Human Resources or relevant experience
Experience in Application Tracking System is highly preferred
Possess good understanding of recruitment practices and procedures
Meticulous, mature, independent with strong sense of responsibility
Good computer literacy in MS office: Word, Excel and PPT
Good command of both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
