Responsibilities:
1. Customer Services Officer (櫃員(客戶服務主任))
- Handle daily counter transactions (including cash deposits/withdrawals, bill acceptance, transfers, time deposits, remittance services, etc.), customer inquiries and internal documentation at branches.
- Conduct product selling and client referral as required.
2. Assistant Manager (助理經理(個人業務))
- Provide high-quality banking and customer services to Personal Banking clients.
- Perform account opening and customer due diligence tasks.
- Explore business opportunities by prospecting new clients and cross selling. Accomplish tasks and targets assigned.
3. Assistant Relationship Manager (助理客戶經理(對公業務))
- Assist Relationship Managers with client marketing and account management; assist in preparing credit approval reports and handle financial data analysis.
- Collect customer and business information; help update marketing plans based on client needs and changes; coordinate with internal departments to support product/ service improvements.
- Assist in preparing credit facility proposals based on client requirements and risk assessment; help implement approval conditions after credit is granted.
- Support monitoring of risk-adjusted returns and contribute to meeting performance targets for assigned clients.
- Assist with ongoing client due diligence reviews; help monitor credit limit usage and asset quality; support implementation of risk mitigation measures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Possess customer-oriented mindset
- Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and good team spirit
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Cantonese is preferred
