Responsibilities

• Lead and oversight the end-to-end operations, including but not limited to the system and personnel records, workforce movements, visa applications, pension enrollments, insurances and benefits administration.
• Establish, review and enhance the operational processes and HR system to support the business.
• Lead and champion change initiatives for the team to strengthen the organizational agility and long-term capability
• Cooperate with external service providers and vendors for various projects to ensure the service quality and cost effectiveness.
• Drive the review and enhancement of policies and practices to comply with employment legislation, company policies and governance standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the team members, fostering collaboration, capability building, and a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholder and external partners to deliver integrated HR solutions aligned with organizational priorities
• Perform ad hoc tasks and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of comprehensive HR or HR Shared Services Centre experience in sizable organizations or banking industry, with at least 3 years in a similar leadership role.
• Solid knowledge in HK Labour Ordinance and other HR related regulations
• Proven capability to lead HR operations independently, exercising sound judgement and prioritization in a fast-paced, dynamic environmental, attentive to detail, able to work under pressure and tight schedules.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Well-developed stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaboration effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
• Strong communication skills with good command of spoken and written Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
• Hands on experience with HR systems, data management in PeopleSoft HRMS or similar platforms is an advantage.
