Responsibilities:
Handle customers' enquiries and requests related to banking products and services via telephone
Deliver quality services to customers through inbound and outbound calls
Assist the superiors in implementing the implementation in accordance with the unit development guidelines and policies
Requirements:
Degree or above is preferred
Relevant working experience in banking / servicing industry is preferable
Independent, self-motivated, customer-centric and able to work under pressure
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with good command of English and Chinese in both verbal and written including Putonghua
Hands-on PC skills in using MS Office applications and Chinese inputs
On-shift duty is required
