 Requirements

• Graduates of 2023 or 2024 with a Bachelor's Degree or above educational qualification in universities / tertiary institutions locally or outside Hong Kong
• Strong interest in working in Commercial Banking industry
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Customer centric, self-motivated, passionate, energetic and strong team spirit
• Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment and dynamic market
• Proficient in both English and Chinese; fluency in Cantonese is required and Mandarin is preferred

Through the program, you will be nurtured to become a qualified relationship manager in Commercial Banking and eventually to manage below wide range of key responsibilities independently and professionally.

• Cultivate and maintain a portfolio of clients and serving as their trusted advisor to offer financial proposal
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging existing client relationship and networking to expand the client base to drive consistent revenue growth
• Conduct research, financial analysis and credit risk assessment to ensure prudent lending practices
• Prepare credit proposals in accordance with delegated authority
• Understand potential risks associated with the lending activities and contribute to development of risk mitigation strategies
• Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, emerging technologies and industry developments to provide valuable insight to clients
