Responsibilities:

• Formulate, execute and manage result-driven social media, digital marketing and customer engagement strategy for BOCHK personal banking, develop short-term and long-term marketing strategies and marketing plan. Regularly review and optimize action plans to fulfill the business goals and objectives
• Collaborate with other departments to create and curate high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content for social media platform, such as Instagram, WeChat and Xiaohongshu
• Monitor social media channels for trends, audience insights, and opportunities for engagement. Stay up to date with the latest social media tools, trends, algorithms, and best practices
• Foster relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and online communities to amplify reach  
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.  Provide regular management updates in order to continuously achieve best utilization of resources and maximization of customer engagement, sales and revenue growth
• Effectively manage marketing budget and control expenses for every sales and marketing campaign

Requirements:

• Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related discipline
• At least 10 years solid working experience in digital marketing and social media with good understanding of technology. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, including content and community management  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and editing
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and trends
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising strategies is a plus
