Handle full spectrum of daily office administrative affairs & operation, including office environment maintenance, courier services, procurement & maintenance of office supplies and stationery's, repairing and maintenance, stock taking,  managing operation of office equipment  (computers, printers, copiers, fax machines, tencent meeting tool), etc.

Responsible for administrative reports, contracts renewal, invoices and monthly statements, payment process follow-ups, (e-)document sorting, (e-)file management , daily logistics support, etc.

Support the department's administrative work, including arranging travels and meetings, responding to basic office inquiries, handling  inter-departmental administrative coordination to facilitate cross-department communication, assisting in enforcing the bank's administrative systems, following up on the execution of administrative processes, reporting issues, and assisting in optimization. 
 
- 
Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters, ensuring timely responses.
 
- 
Other ad-hoc duties as instructed.
