Job Responsibilities :

• Find innovative ways to optimize and scale the growth of payment business.
• Manage promotional campaigns and create systems to evaluate and improve performance.
• Study market and competitive landscape and identify new initiatives to grow the business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate growth strategy.
• Work closely with the Tech and Product team to solve for problems at the ground level using technology.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

• 3+ years of work-experience in Marketing, Operations, Business Development, or other related fields.
• Analytical mindset and problem solving comes naturally to you
• A desire to understand consumer behavior and mindset
• Understand and love technology. You see every problem from a technology lens
• Strong communication skills, a good team-player.
• Curious about metrics, execution processes and keeping an eye out for details
