The Young Talent Learning & Exploration Program aims to provide a platform for talents like you, to strengthen your competitiveness as for your better preparation in the continuously energized business environment.

Through the job shadowing and exploration, you will have the opportunity to know more about the banking operation in the workplace. Moreover, an experienced mentor/buddy will be assigned to provide guidance and advice on your professional growth and development in banking industry.

• Possess strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
• Passionate in building a long-term career in financial segment, and aspired to grow yourself in our Bank
• Proficient in Cantonese / Mandarin
