Responsibilities:

• Formulate investment strategies, asset allocation and risk control plans for fixed income separate accounts or funds based on macroeconomics, monetary policies and bond market trends.
• Conduct daily dynamic management of investment portfolios, execute transactions, and optimize returns and risks.
• Manage the full life cycle of products,  work closely with sales and marketing team to raise fund and maintain close client relationships.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of issuers’ financial conditions, credit ratings and market risks, lead the evaluation and disposal of major risk projects.
• Ad hoc projects as assigned by the Company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related fields.
• 10 years of solid experiences in finance / banking or non-banking field with sound knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry trends
• Solid capabilities in macroeconomic analysis and credit analysis, familiar with credit bond investment.
• CFA、FRM or CAIA qualification is preferred.
• Proficient in financial terminals such as Wind and Bloomberg; programming and analysis capabilities are highly desirable.
• Able to work independently and willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
• Self-motivated, able to prioritize and navigate in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal (mandarin is an advantage) and written communication skills (both English and Chinese), organizational ability, analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a flexible work attitude.
