Deputy/ Anti-Fraud Manager (Customer Education and Promotion)

Responsibilities:
  • Collect, organize, and synthesize information and data from various channels to analyze, monitor, and report on the latest fraud trends.
  • Formulate internal and external anti-fraud publicity and education work plans, and track their effectiveness.
  • Liaise with various partners to coordinate and promote internal and external anti-fraud publicity and education initiatives.
  • Maintain close contact with partners—including frontline, the police, and other relevant authorities—to handle anti-fraud related matters.
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant banking work experience or experience in publicity and education preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish excellent business partnerships with internal and external units.
  • Strong teamwork and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivate.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and presentation skills, as well as Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
