The Pool Concierge will oversee the pool area by maintaining high standards and offering an unforgettable experience to our guests.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support company’s philosophy and culture through our Pillars of Legendary Quality Experiences on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement.
• Follow all Standards and Procedures of the Spa Department in order to maintain a safe environment for guests and to ensure a high standard of service.
• Monitor and maintain the chemical levels in the pool 
• Clean the pool outside of operating hours.
• Keep work area clean and neat at all times.
• Attend daily, weekly and monthly spa meetings.
• Maintain inventory of supplies for the operations of the pool
• Greet each guest in a courteous manner always with a smile
• Proactively offer assistance to all spa guests when necessary.
• Courteously interact and answer all spa and hotel related questions with guests
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of work areas, bar and pool area, following all set-up guidelines.

Requirements:

• Previous experiences in the luxury hospitality is a must
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Italian and in English language. Every other language knowledge is a plus.
• Maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene
• Be adaptable and accountable for all actions.
• Attention to detail
• Willing to work on a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks. 
• Welcoming and warm personality. Able to engage easily and actively connect with others.
• Ability to work together as a team.
• Knowledge of specific spa industry applications is desirable
