JOB SUMMARY: Oversee the deployment and daily operation of fleet tracking systems. Gather business requirements, coordinate meetings, track and communicate the status of multiple projects for the Transportation & Fleet Management team.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the deployment and daily management of new technology systems that track the real-time status of Guest facing and Back of House fleet vehicles. Systems track and report key utilization metrics to be shared with stakeholders on a regular basis. Systems will be used to create, forecast and manage daily service schedules, report on-going ridership totals and manage onboard communication; announcements and multimedia content.
  • Coordinate and schedule work and / or project requests with internal partners and outside vendors. Enter internal discretionary projects as needed and communicate work orders and project job expectations. Monitor and provide updates of work or project status to ensure timely completion.
  • Track documentation, develops contracts with included schedule and budget details, receives services and products as well as facilitates payment by providing A/P with necessary documentation for timely payment of invoiced performance milestones or regularly scheduled fees.
  • Maintain non-labor budget and inventory for supplies, creates monthly ordering purchases and service requests. Implement and draw upon blanket purchase orders, receive services and products, facilitate payment by providing AP with necessary documentation.
  • Analyzes, compiles, updates, and maintains data reporting in Excel and Word; completes necessary documentation.
  • Gather, define and document business requirements for implementation of new projects.
  • Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

  • High school degree or GED: Required.
  • Technical school preferred

EXPERIENCE:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience required.
  • Project management experience is preferred.
  • Experience with basic audio / video / still image editing using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and Audition is preferred.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • This role is best suited for individuals who are technically inclined and like to work with minimal direction.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and handle large volume of work.
  • Project work occasionally requires individuals to work non-traditional business hours, weekends and holidays to ensure flawless execution.
