JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the build, deployment, maintenance, and support of all end user devices. Duties include incident analysis and resolution within prescribed SLAs, working with end-users with specific incident-related training, incident resolution and procedure documentation, and customer follow-up. Develop and edit technical documentation. Develop Analysts on multiple supported systems. Oversee the modification of network ports, installation, repair, and termination of low voltage data cabling. Responsible for complex installation, support, and maintenance of technology including desktop, iOS, point of sale systems, IoT, signage, workforce management/time management systems, restaurant table reservation management systems, infrastructure, software, network, kitchen technology, web-based technologies. Develop detailed ITSM reporting of operational incidents and requests. Assist with the installation of all end user devices and associated software.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Advanced end device installation, repair and maintenance including troubleshooting, configuration, incident analysis and resolution. Responsible for the complex installation, support, and maintenance, including troubleshooting, configuration, incident analysis and resolution of point-of-sale food, merch and ticketing, payment devices, signage IoT, infrastructure, software, network, kitchen technology, web-based technologies and testing of low voltage data cabling.
  • Perform end user device installation, configuration, support, and testing of current and new software related functions. Responsible for high level troubleshooting and resolution of all software related anomalies.
  • Oversee catering, major events, capital projects, departmental projects, and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. Responsible for local inventory and asset control. Collaborate, develop, and implement departmental training program.
  • Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

  • High school degree or GED is required.
  • Technical school is preferred.
  • Associate degree (AA) is preferred or relevant experience.
  • Other: Military classes or equivalent training.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 4+ years in Field Services or PC Support related field.
  • Experience of Cat5/Cat6 Low-voltage cabling and termination
  • Experience of Local Area Networking

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: A1 PC certification and/or Microsoft Certification are preferred.
