JOB SUMMARY:
Support new, audience-centric special markets programs that enable UOR to reach and engage new audiences to grow the business within existing and new markets. Leverage research, learnings, and data to formulate recommendations to pursue new opportunities for growth and market reach as well as to support acquisition & retention of affinity programs. Serve as trusted partner between Destination Marketing and cross-divisional UOR and UDX resources.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders throughout the organization to assist in strategic development and execution of special markets & affinity programs and ensure alignment of associated marketing efforts across UDX.
- Partner with Senior Manager, Special Markets to analyze information to identify new markets and audiences, evaluate potential demand for UOR and UDX experiences, and assist in defining overall market opportunity.
- Play a key role in ensuring critical connections between experience development, pricing, commerce, and communications workstreams, ensuring alignment and consistency of special market & affinity programs across all teams, channels, and touchpoints.
- Champion voice of the consumer to ensure the understanding of guest needs and behaviors is at the center of affinity & special market strategies and programs, consult on appropriate representation of all audiences across marketing communications.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Marketing, Public Relations or Communications required.
- MBA is a plus.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years marketing experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
