JOB SUMMARY:
The Analyst, Cost – Credit Cards-CBs- will focus on the Automation process, assisting in designing and execution on complex initiatives for AI & Automation tools to be implemented in our various reconciliation processes easing increase on efficiencies by supporting and sustaining the daily and long-term operations needs on processes flows. They will provide chargebacks support (CNP & CP Process), daily communications with eComm. for UOR & USH fraud updates, chargebacks weekly emails, metrics, and partner with key internal and external business partners, while providing availability to facilitate and assist with off-site partner meetings when required.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform payments analysis and make recommendations for various divisions and business units to reduce liability and maximize the recovery of credit card chargebacks. Assist in creating, understanding, prepare and presenting automation process, assisting in designing and execution on complex initiatives for AI & Automation tools to yield performance reports.
- Maintain and/or monitor the credit card chargeback data for timeliness and accuracy. Assist with research and analytical support as required and notify Investigations and eCommerce of potential fraud. Obtain chargeback documents, perform research, and submit responses to achieve the greatest possible recovery yield.
- Assist the Finance/Accounting/D&T teams responsible for Payment Flow testing and Production supporting Analysis and Reconciliation, ensuring heath of our process.
- Prepare department metrics including productivity, business volume. fees and chargeback losses and recoveries. Prepare reports for business partners including ad hoc credit card activity reports.
- Complete month-end close duties, including report review and journal entries in SAP.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
Associate degree (AA) is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred
EXPERIENCE:
1+ year of Finance experience and Payments, or equivalent combination of education and experience
