JOB SUMMARY:
Manages and provides direction to Pass Sales supervisors within the Entrance Operations department. Responsible for overseeing the daily operation of a specific park, ensuring efficient operation of Pass Sales, the appropriate deployment of staff, manage labor budgets, meeting sales and per cap goals, and partnering with Sales and Marketing, IT, Finance, Investigations, and Park and Resort Operations.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the development of department supervisors, including training, coaching, and mentoring. Oversees supervisors, ensuring they are driving GSAT and TSAT initiatives to increase guest and team member satisfaction.
- Responsible to drive initiatives and sales programs designed to meet or exceed revenue goals for multi day/park to park tickets, Express, VIP Tours. Manages inventory and audit process for department. Works with team members to resolve guest issues and approves guest resolution and recovery.
- Manages the daily operations budget by ensuring appropriate staffing utilization, par staffing levels and appropriate manpower, running an efficient operation. Accountable for maintaining expert-level knowledge of all products and services, technology, and departmental operating policies and procedures as it relates to core business needs and industry trends. Collaborates with PPI on product initiatives, special and marquee events, ticket and annual pass programs, and guest collateral.
- Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
- High school degree or GED is required.
- Associate’s degree (AA) is preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
