JOB SUMMARY: Manages all facets of compensation projects, analytics and UDX wide compensation program needs.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages compensation initiatives and projects that apply to UDX globally and major regional projects. Engages in project planning, plan design reviews, in-depth analytics / modeling / cost estimates, visualizations / presentations / summaries, system and payroll processing and supporting communication. Works closely with internal peers, partners, clients and key stakeholders.
- Handles compensation recommendations and job/position evaluations for multi-faceted functional or regional roles, manages departmental or multi-job reviews, assists with executive compensation
- Manages global reaching compensation programs, practices and policies including various short-term and long-term incentives, survey participation / submission / analysis, intercompany transfers, compliance and audits. Develops, modifies and maintains, tools, resources, guidelines, SOPs, where needed.
- Manages all aspects of multiple core compensation planning areas / programs (e.g., merit, bonus, LTI and/or compensation statements) including timelines, project planning, dispersal and collection of materials, reporting, auditing, summaries, processing.
- Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Human Resources or Business required.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years’ experience compensation analysis experience required.
- 5-7 years’ experience working in a Human Resources environment required;
- or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: CCP preferred
