JOB SUMMARY:
Manage the strategy development of programs and plans that drive awareness and demand for all New Venture projects through launch, opening and successful integration into the broader UDX portfolio in partnership across the Marketing & Sales divisions.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as key liaison with New Ventures creative partners to ensure a connected experience and to build extensive knowledge and understanding to be the New Venture subject matter expert for Marketing & Sales.
- Provide strategic thought partnership throughout development, evaluation and approval process for Marketing & Sales campaigns and programs, ensuring alignment and performance.
- Oversee integration of Portfolio, Local Team Member and Partner training on products and key benefits in the context of resources throughout the UDX.
- Assist and align delivery of optimized media strategy & social campaigns across all key platforms.
- Measure campaign success and adjust strategy and tactics to increase efficiency, consistently look to optimize the approach and identify next phases of growth across additional New Ventures business locations.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and alignment with Universal’s brand standards and business objectives.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established Universal policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or Communications required. MBA preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 7+ years of progressive brand management and/or marketing experience.
- Travel & Resort Industry, Entertainment &/or Theme Park experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
