JOB SUMMARY:
Provides support to F&B warehouse support clerks and inventory clerks with inputting, updating, maintaining, and researching data in inventory and ordering systems. Assists with maintaining the system’s integrity, aids in resolving issues with deliveries such as with paperwork or item discrepancies. Scans all receiving paperwork to ensure accurate and reliable delivery records are maintained.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists with clerical support by maintaining department files, logs & records. Organize, File, and scan all Receiving paperwork (Drop/WHSE PO/ Invoices) & signed drop-ship invoice copies from South Campus and CityWalk. Reviews and verifies receiving documents for accuracy in Cambar/Eatec. Determine root cause of errors and resolve as appropriate. Locates invoices/paperwork to confirm shipment amount/total price (i.e. : when vendor requests additional payment for invoice already paid). Assists Accounts Payable with research.
- Partners with Clerks, Buyers, Accounts Payable & F&B Warehouse Receiving team to help correct any invoice/receiving discrepancies: Vendor/orders by venue, and poor-quality product, etc. Assist with inventory research & maintain Cambar & Eatec system data integrity by notifying INV team of inventory variances in Cambar.
- Identifies SKUs & bins for Team Members doing put-aways or picking. Sort out & label mailroom items, and email appropriate parties.
- Assists with answering phone calls and transferring calls to the appropriate parties. Communicates with venues to confirm shipment of deliveries and transferring calls to the appropriate line. Ensure office supplies are accounted for and inventoried for monthly order.
- Submits work orders for building maintenance and warehouse equipment. Contacts IT for issues with systems and computer equipment.
- Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
High School degree or GED is preferred
EXPERIENCE:
6+ months of data entry or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in software like Microsoft Office. Knowledge of working with CAMBAR and EATEC preferred. Inventory control knowledge preferred.
