JOB SUMMARY:

The Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations will lead the development and execution of recruitment operations, including policy, process optimization, systems management, reporting, and compliance. This role will support strategic initiatives to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and compliance of the Talent Acquisition function. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in recruitment analytics, technology platforms, and regulatory compliance (including OFCCP), and will collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and optimize recruitment systems (ATS, CRM, etc.), ensuring data integrity and system performance.
  • Develop and maintain recruitment policies and standardized processes aligned with compliance and business needs.
  • Lead recruitment analytics and reporting efforts, delivering actionable insights to Talent Acquisition leadership.
  • Mange partnerships with HRIS, HR Ops, and Talent Acquisition teams to align on shared goals and technology initiatives. Work with vendors and evaluate performance of recruitment tools.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with OFCCP, EEOC, and other employment regulations; support audit readiness.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Master’s degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition operations, systems, or analytics.
  • Experience configuring or reporting in a global HCM, preferably SAP/Success Factors is a plus.
  • Experience communicating and collaborating in dynamic, matrixed organizations preferred.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Strong understanding of OFCCP and EEOC compliance requirements.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Experienced consolidating multiple data sources for use with PowerBI or other data consolidation, reporting, analytics and visualization tools.
  • Desire to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Experience performing requirements analysis.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, project management and attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data visualization.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
