JOB SUMMARY:

Supports data and content management for various systems supporting Revenue Operations within Universal Kids Resort (UKR) including, but not limited to, storage and delivery of products, inventory systems, point–of-sale (POS) systems, mobile food ordering application, digital menu boards, databases, guest-facing web pages and SharePoint. Responsible for system inputs and documentation for recipes, ingredients, product changes, research, pricing, discounts, records and ensures accuracy of such. Provides training on Eatec food service database to Revenue Operations. Coordinates with food buying department on maintaining commodity items current/monthly pricing, product changes, and product financial analysis. Supports logistics as needed for warehouse including merchandise and food and beverage product shipments and deliveries.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follows through on all price changes ensuring consistency throughout the resort. Researches and corrects all depletion discrepancies found at fiscal month end. Responsible for building and maintaining all recipes in Eatec. Coordinates with Chefs to ensure accuracy of all recipes. Conducts random spot-checks, with Quality Control team, throughout the resort to be sure Eatec recipes are accurate.
• Communicates all menu changes to the Digital & Technology team including special events; implements menu changes directly into relevant application(s) when applicable. Works with the D&T team to assist in development and upkeep (POS cleanup) of screen layouts to ensure proper depletion in Eatec. Responsible for requesting the setup of new comp and tender keys, and ensuring they are correct in POS including reporting of usage.
• Ensures all pricing in Eatec reflects Guest-facing pricing and that imagery is up-to-date. Assists in troubleshooting discrepancies and makes appropriate corrections. Responsible for assisting food buyers’ product changes, communication of those changes to field and financial analysis of usage / cost comparison of commodity products.
• Responsible for data and content management for special events, MFDO, seasonal features, and any as needed programming.
• Works closely with UKR Sourcing, UKR Warehouse and UDX Shared Services teams. Ensures timely delivery of information/updates to stakeholders and accuracy of information across systems. Performs training as needed on the proper use of systems.
• Supports logistics coordination during peak times or to ensure coverage as needed including communicating with vendors, organizing on-time deliveries, proper freight routing and effectively utilizing onsite and offsite storage.
• Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

• Associate’s degree (AA) from two-year college or technical school is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related is preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

• 1+ years of inventory or food procurement system experience within the food service or culinary environment is required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
