JOB SUMMARY:

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will proactively identify, research, and engage professional and technical candidates through various platforms to build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Partner closely with Recruiters to understand requirements of the role, assess candidate qualifications, and maintain and build a strong pipeline for hard to fill professional-level positions across Universal Destinations and Experiences (UDX).

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Top funnel management of candidate process, including sourcing passive candidates through extensive name generation research, relationship building, complex internet searches and existing talent pool database searching and research and conducting first-round recruitment screenings.
  • Working closely with Recruiters, develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at proactive candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals, as well as pipeline for upcoming searches. Manage multiple searches supporting several Recruiters at any one time. Provide ongoing feedback to Recruiters on the recruitment marketplace. Attend meetings with Recruiters to gain a better understanding of required talent pool.
  • Create, deliver, and present talent market intelligence and talent market pool data reports for both Recruiters and hiring managers. The talent market intelligence and data reports could include but not limited to reports related to geographic analysis, talent risk assessments, available talent pool assessments, available skills assessments, and industry competitive intelligence.
  • Collaborates with the Manager, Talent Sourcing to define, develop and drive research processes, data collection and technologies associated with the candidate generation function. Deliver high-impact research in a fast paced and highly dynamic environment.
  • Consistently track, update, and report on individual sourcing metrics, LinkedIn usage, and requisition workload and updates. Reporting and tracking will also include candidate pipeline tracking for recruiters and pipeline metrics.
  • Continually document and expand network of websites, user groups, blogs, and other resources to identify talent.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field required.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years’ experience in direct sourcing candidates in an agency search firm or corporate environment required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience working in full-service talent research organization, either in-house corporate or within an established agency search firm required.
  • Experience conducting screening conversations for recruiting and name generation & research purposes preferred.
  • Experience in the media, entertainment and technology industry highly desired; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Extremely flexible, highly organized and able to easily shift priorities.
  • Superior professionalism, discretion and good judgment.
  • Ability to conduct research via Internet, social media tools and syndicated and/or subscription-based data services, and web-based sourcing methods and tools.
  • Team Player personality with proven ability to deliver high-end research services across a variety of business line and functional disciplines.
  • Excellent web-based sourcing skills, including an understanding of Boolean, Google X-Ray, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other niche platforms.
  • Understand how to craft and architect targeted and personalized outreach messages that increase candidate engagement and talent brand awareness.
  • Creating and delivering market and talent intelligence documents for recruiters and hiring managers.
