JOB SUMMARY:
This role provides essential financial and administrative support to the division, helping ensure smooth operations and accurate reporting. The key responsibility involves supporting the creation, review, and processing of vendor payments related to tenants, royalties, and other high-visibility financial commitments, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. The position also assists with budgeting and forecasting processes and develops analysis to support division performance. Additional duties include helping with month-end close tasks such as journal entries and report reviews in SAP, analyzing basic account data, and contributing to various ad-hoc projects and requests as needed.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for creating, reviewing, and analyzing vendor payments related to tenants, royalties, and other high-profile financial obligations. Including owning/maintaining related reports and queries while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of payments supported by clear documentation, effective communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Complete month-end close duties, including report creation, account reconciliation, and G/L journal entries in SAP.
- Assist Cost Manager and division leadership in the development and submission of annual budgets and latest estimates for Tenants, Royalties, and CityWalk.
- Identify and implement automation improvements to streamline processes and tasks.
- Develop analysis to support division performance such as trend analysis, results vs. cost drivers, and other business-related needs.
- Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
- Associate degree (AA) is required.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
EXPERIENCE:
- 1+ year of Finance experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
