JOB SUMMARY:
Universal Orlando Resort is seeking a highly motivated intern to support a focused analytical project examining how key elements of the guest experience—such as wait times, ride counts, and Express Pass performance—have evolved over time for both regular and Express guests. Using historical data, the intern will generate insights that directly inform total vacation price modeling and help evaluate how the value of a Universal Orlando vacation has changed across the years. This role provides a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of guest experience analytics, product strategy, and pricing within a dynamic theme park environment.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Hands-on experience with guest experience measurement, including ride per cap, wait time analysis, and satisfaction-related metrics.
• Exposure to premium product usage analytics, including Express Pass and other upsell products.
• Understanding of product strategy, pricing logic, and marketing segment strategy for destination experiences.
• Practical experience navigating cross-functional partnerships with Marketing Strategy, Global Strategy, Consumer Insights, BAIE, and PPI.
• Skills in synthesizing complex datasets to support strategic decisions around destination value and guest experience evolution.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Sophomore or above.
- Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required.
- A transcript is required upon application.
PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
- Preferred majors include: Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Hospitality & Tourism Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Consumer Behavior, Consumer Insights, Marketing research, MBA, any related field with a strong quantitative or strategic foundation.

- This internship will be an in-person experience, based in our Orlando offices.
- Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than December 2026.
- Universal Orlando does not provide housing. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.
- All of our internships are paid, and you may also qualify for housing financial assistance if applicable. The Recruiter will provide specific eligibility details.
