JOB SUMMARY:

Assists and supports Analysts, Sales Representatives and Managers with the group booking process utilizing the group booking system.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the Delphi/CRS group block process for Group Sales team (block rooms, enter rates, concessions, attrition, room block review info, comments, etc. according to contracts).
• Analyze and respond to group inventory inquiries from Loews Reservations team, Loews Event Managers, and Group Sales Managers.
• Process other group inventory-related tasks (contract addendums, reduction letters, room block reviews, cut-off date management, booking FAM and UPRV groups, etc.).
• Assist Revenue Manager with internal tasks (inventory audits, room reservations, SOP documents, etc.).
• Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/Business Administration or related field.

EXPERIENCE:

• 1+ years of hospitality/hotel/sales experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
