JOB SUMMARY:

The Manager, Organizational Effectiveness leads enterprise listening and experience programs that inform culture, organizational effectiveness, and team member experience. This role owns the execution of the enterprise listening strategy and onboarding experience standards, applying Team Member feedback and organizational insights to set priorities, shape standards, and enable informed action planning. Serving as a trusted consultant to leaders and Talent & Culture Business Partners, the Manager translates listening insights into clear improvement priorities, practical guidance, and enterprise-level visibility into actions, progress, and impact.

Orlando Based. Some Travel Required.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead enterprise listening programs across multiple methods by defining and managing cadence, timelines, communications, governance, and vendor partnerships, and ensuring listening mechanisms are executed effectively and consistently
  • Translate enterprise listening and organizational insights into clear, actionable guidance and priorities related to organizational effectiveness, culture, and team member experience
  • Serve as a culture and organizational effectiveness consultant to leaders and Talent & Culture Business Partners by providing insight-informed recommendations, facilitation, and guidance that reinforce behavior expectations and ways of working
  • Support enterprise culture and experience initiatives by applying insights from enterprise listening to identify systemic risks and interdependencies, and by driving visibility into key themes, priorities, and progress with leaders and key stakeholders
  • Design, guide, and maintain enterprise onboarding and key lifecycle experience standards, using team member feedback and organizational insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related field required

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of experience in culture, organizational health, organizational development, team member experience, organizational effectiveness, or related disciplines, with demonstrated success leading enterprise listening programs, translating feedback into actionable guidance, partnering with leaders and HR stakeholders, and supporting organization-wide culture and organizational health initiatives; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Expertise in organizational effectiveness, culture-supporting systems, and team member experience practices
  • High data literacy, with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative listening insights, identify trends and risks, and translate findings into actionable guidance and priorities
  • Strong technology fluency, including experience working with employee listening platforms and interpreting dashboards, analytics outputs, and reporting to inform decision-making
  • Ability to assess data quality, limitations, and validity and apply insights appropriately
  • Ability to partner effectively to shape analyses, timelines, communications, and insight application across stakeholders
  • Proficiency translating complex insights into clear guidance, narratives, and recommendations that support action planning and impact
  • Strong consulting and facilitation skills with senior leaders and HRBPs, grounded in data-informed judgment
  • Ability to manage complex, enterprise-level initiatives with multiple dependencies, timelines, and stakeholders across OE, Talent & Culture, business teams, and external vendors
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of executive-level materials and updates
  • High standards for data ethics, confidentiality, and responsible use of employee feedback and organizational data
