JOB SUMMARY:

Accountable for short long term planning and project management of effective Talent Management systems, strategies and processes. Provides organizational development and systems support to enhance UDX’s culture, effectiveness and ability to achieve strategic business goals via Talent. Consults and coaches leaders and Talent & Culture Business Partners regarding application of Talent practices, tools and processes to achieve superior business results.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides coaching, consulting and facilitation to leaders and work groups to understand key HR issues and business needs and offer support. Researches and analyzes critical HR issues and proposes viable solutions to enhance organizational performance and productivity. Markets Talent Management products and services internally to Universal clients and provides guidance and direction to UDX leaders regarding Talent Management strategies and initiatives to lead organization to increased effectiveness.
  • Supports development, implementation and communication on systemic HR systems and processes to improve individual, team and organizational talent insights through critical Talent Management initiatives such as Performance Management and Development, Succession Planning , Organization Structure/Alignment, Expat Brookerage, Research & Analysis.
  • Provides overall project management and systems and technology support for critical Talent Management initiatives outlined above to support needs across UDX.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

  • Master's degree in Organizational Behavior, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Instructional Design, Human Resources Management, Change Management, or Organization Development preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of Talent Management/Organization Development experience as an internal practitioner of Organization Development; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
