JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Coordinator of Talent Marketing supports how Universal Destinations & Experiences (UDX) attracts talent by managing the organization, approval, and documentation of recruitment marketing materials. Serving as a brand ambassador for Talent Acquisition, this role helps ensure employer brand and recruitment assets are accurately tracked, approved, and maintained in alignment with branding and governance standards.
By supporting core talent marketing, reporting, and operational workflows, the Senior Coordinator enables Talent Acquisition teams to focus on hiring while ensuring materials, trackers, and documentation are organized, accessible, and ready to support recruitment initiatives through consistent, task-based execution.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support UDX brand requirements for recruitment advertising materials, including graphics, videos, and written content. Draft and launch approved email newsletters and assist with execution of recruitment marketing campaigns. Maintain and update the advertising project content calendar for social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram) and the careers website based on approved plans and priorities. Draft and publish approved social media and careers website content.
- Prepare and submit recruitment marketing materials for brand, legal, and intellectual property review using established platforms and workflows. Verify completeness of requests and materials against defined governance, brand, and process requirements prior to routing. Monitor and manage approval workflows, including daily status checks, follow ups, coordination of revisions, required changes, and final disposition of marketing materials. Update records and asset libraries to reflect current approval status and final, approved materials.
- Track and coordinate incoming recruitment marketing requests using established intake tools and processes. Manage team photo libraries, publicity releases, and related creative assets. Maintain intake logs, priority trackers, and reference documentation to support workflow visibility. Update internal recruitment resources such as talking points and location specific “sell sheets.” Communicate routine status updates, follow ups, and requirements to stakeholders under direction.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years’ experience in Recruiting, HR, Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred.
- Prior Talent & Recruitment Marketing experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience with design tools (e.g. Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) required.
- Familiarity with social media as a business marketing tool and understanding social analytics.
