JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Manager of Finance - Transformation Delivery is responsible for leading the financial execution of transformative initiatives, with a focus on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis. This role partners cross-functionally to help ensure transformation efforts are financially aligned, and operationally effective. The Senior Manager provides analytical leadership, influences strategic priorities, and ensures transformation initiatives aligned with organizational objectives and long-term business goals.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Transformation Execution & Financial Support
- Lead execution and oversight of transformation initiatives and related financial deliverables.
- Drive the annual Transformation budget and quarterly Latest Estimate processes.
- Track, evaluate, and interpret KPIs to measure initiative performance and operational effectiveness.
- Spearhead improvements in financial and operational processes through standardization and automation.
- Collaborate with business partners to support implementation activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Review and approve pro forma models, financial forecasts and P&L reporting for all transformation initiatives.
- Direct ongoing financial performance assessments by identifying risks, trends, and opportunities.
- Develop reporting and dashboards to communicate initiative status and financial impacts to leadership.
- Continuously assess financial results to optimize outcomes and strengthen overall business performance.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Develop and strengthen financial and analytical capabilities across the team.
- Promote continuous improvement, operational excellence, and collaborative team culture.
- Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders across finance and operations.
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and a range of perspectives across the team.
- Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in transformation management, financial planning, budgeting, business process improvement, and senior leadership roles.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Requires strong analytical and financial management skills, including the ability to interpret financial results and influence operational decision-making.
- Partners across teams and functions to drive transformation objectives and execute against business priorities.
- Requires effective communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
