Senior Analyst, Organizational Effectiveness
JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Analyst, Organizational Effectiveness drives Organizational Effectiveness, Team Member Engagement, and Culture outcomes through the consolidation, analysis, and interpretation of workforce and business data, and the proposal of data-informed solutions. By integrating engagement, workforce, and broader business insights, this role identifies systemic patterns, predictive indicators, and key performance drivers. In partnership with Talent & Culture and business leaders, the Senior Analyst translates complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations that inform prioritization, action planning, and measurable impact.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assess engagement data, culture health, team effectiveness, and organizational risk. Conduct analyses across engagement, lifecycle listening, workforce, and business data to identify systemic patterns, root causes, and emerging trends—delivering relevant, actionable insights to drive improvement.
- Connect organizational insights to business outcomes through trend analysis, modeling, and impact measurement to evaluate improvement efforts over time. Develop predictive indicators related to engagement, retention, and overall organizational performance.
- Design surveys and build and maintain reporting dashboards to provide ongoing visibility into key engagement and organizational health metrics. Translate complex data into structured, executive-ready insights and presentations that enable informed decision-making.
- Provide data interpretation and structured insight support to Talent & Culture Business Partners and leaders during action planning. Track defined metrics and monitor progress to assess effectiveness and sustain improvement.
- Support continuous improvement of survey design and listening methodologies. Apply advanced analytics techniques to deepen insights while ensuring data integrity and ethical use.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.

EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Analytics, Data Science, Human Resources, Business, or a related field required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Analytics, Data Science, or related discipline preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of experience in organizational analytics, workforce analytics, people analytics, organizational diagnostics, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience integrating engagement and workforce data, building dashboards, conducting predictive modeling, applying AI-enabled analytics techniques, and translating complex findings into data-informed organizational actions; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Strong knowledge of organizational effectiveness, engagement measurement, culture diagnostics, and workforce analytics methodologies
- Advanced analytical skills with demonstrated ability to integrate qualitative and quantitative data from multiple systems
- Experience applying AI-enabled analytics techniques, including natural language processing (NLP), text analytics, sentiment analysis, and pattern detection within large datasets
- Proficiency in data visualization and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI) and advanced reporting capabilities
- Working knowledge of statistical and data query tools (e.g., SQL, Python, SPSS, R) to support modeling and predictive analysis
- Ability to assess data validity, limitations, bias risk, and appropriate application of AI-generated insights
- Strong data storytelling skills with ability to translate complex analytics into clear, business-focused narratives
- High standards for data quality, ethics, confidentiality, and responsible use of team member information
- Ability to manage multiple analytic priorities in a fast-paced, enterprise environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of executive-level materials
