Responsibilities:
- Ensure interviews conducted are done with the highest level of quality by properly administering each survey without falsification of data and bias.
- Perform survey research by using proper interviewing techniques and adhering to strict methodologies and guidelines
- Meet assigned quota for survey collection
- Record respondent’s answer’s with 100% accuracy, including typing respondent’s verbal answers to survey questions.
- Promote and provide extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answer questions, offer information, and provide assistance in a courteous manner.
- Understand and demonstrate the proper use of safety practices and ensure department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park upheld
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years older
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience
- Ability to recruit/screen prospective respondents
- Must be comfortable speaking with guests
- Consistent attendance - must be available to work at least 20 hours a week, this includes weekdays, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand in various weather conditions for an extended period of time
- Must be a motivated and productive member of the USH Field Team by living the core values of the company
- Prior marketing experience, working in a team environment
- Prior customer-facing operational experience at a theme park strongly preferred
- Energetic and self-motivated quick learner that demonstrates a strong personal desire to achieve results.
- Capable of multi-tasking, extremely detail oriented, resourceful and able to work independently in a fast-paced work environment
The pay rate for this role is $19.00
